Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement has been drawn up in order to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and performance of the service with the qualifications and sales price specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically via the Seller's website.

1. Parties

SELLER: KutSoft Teknoloji LTD ŞTİ (Calload)

BUYER: The person or institution purchasing services via the Calload platform.

2. Subject

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the service, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website www.calload.com, which has the qualifications mentioned in the contract and whose sales price is specified.

3. Service Subject to the Contract

Type of Service: AI-Powered Calling Assistant Subscription

Payment Method: Credit Card / Wire Transfer

Delivery: Digital Access (The service becomes accessible via the user account after the purchase transaction is completed.)

4. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the performance (opening for access) of the service subject to the contract to themselves or the person/organization at the address indicated.

However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Since Calload services are in the nature of digital content and instantly performed services, they are within the scope of exceptions to the right of withdrawal after the service usage has started.

5. General Provisions

The BUYER declares that they have read and informed themselves about the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, and payment method of the service subject to the contract on the website and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.

The performance of the service begins with the provision of the technical infrastructure after the BUYER fulfills the payment obligation.

6. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade every year, and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes above the said value.
